Pokud jste dlouhodob\u011b ve stresu a v psychick\u00e9 nepohod\u011b, nemus\u00ed to ovlivnit pouze Va\u0161e za\u017e\u00edvac\u00ed \u00fastroj\u00ed, ale i hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bny. Spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 \u010dinnost hormon\u016f je z\u00e1kladn\u00ed podm\u00ednkou pro snadnou redukci hmotnosti, a proto i z tohoto d\u016fvodu m\u016f\u017ee psychick\u00e9 rozpolo\u017een\u00ed zna\u010dn\u011b ovliv\u0148ovat hubnut\u00ed.&#13; &#13;  &#13; &#13; Pokud jste se v n\u011bkter\u00e9 z t\u011bchto situac\u00ed na\u0161li, zkuste se zamyslet nad t\u00edm, co pro sebe a sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete ud\u011blat.
